Shipping Information and return policiy:
All orders generally ship within 2 to 3 business days. Any item not in stock will generally ship within 1 week. Once an order has been placed it can only be cancelled if it has not been shipped. Once your order has shipped it can be returned and will have a 20% restocking and processing fee. You will also have to pay to ship your package back to us. All credits will be issued once we recieve the returned items. If an item is damaged or broken while being returned no credit will be issued unless Ups honors the claim we put in and pays us for the damaged products. When returning glass tanks, lighting fixtures, bulbs and all fragile products they must be packaged identically to the way you recieved it or will most likely get damaged on the way back to us and no credit will be issued. If a credit is to be issued it will only be applied to the items purchased and not for the shipping costs. Special orders or custom orders can not be returned for any reason. All animals have a 48 hour garantee from the time they are shipped and most products are warrentied by the manufacturer. To return an item please email us at SALES@DNJREPTILESTORE.COM and you will be issued a RA# for return. please inspect your shipment for damage. To be able to put in a claim for your order the shipment must be signed for as damaged.
